The 6th Year of the North South Schools Rugby Tournament has been boosted by the announcement that Barloworld Toyota Menlyn have renewed their naming rights for the 2019 competition.
Additionally to this, AKTV Resorts and Bullion Properties have also committed themselves to co-sponsorship.
The organisers of the Barloworld Toyota Menlyn North South Rugby Tournament are very grateful to the sponsors. “Without sponsors we cannot provide this wonderful opportunity for our schools rugby players and we are very grateful that Barloworld Toyota Menlyn, ATKV Resorts and Bullion Properties are prepared to help develop emerging talent in our country”, they said.
The 2019 tournament will be held at Garsfontein School in Pretoria between the 15th and 19th March and will feature the 1st and 2nd teams of 14 schools; 7 from the North and 7 from the South of the country.
Participating teams for next year’s tournament are:
Boland High School, Durbanville, Grey College, Paarl Boys High, Paarl Gymnasium, Outeniqua and Stellenberg representing the South whilst Afrikaans Hoer, EG Jansen, Garsfontein, Helpmekaar, Menlo Park, Monument and Waterkloof will represent the North.
“School Sports Live” will provide coverage of all matches.
